Phase 2B eligibility
A parent has volunteered at the school (joined by 1 July the year before registration, with at least 40 hours served by 30 June of the registration year); or a parent is endorsed by a church or clan directly affiliated with the school; or a parent is endorsed as an 'active community leader' (limited to schools within 2km of home for this category). MOE reserves 20 places per school for this phase.
